📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement the Montessori curriculum to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment for children aged 2-6 years.
• Develop and maintain lesson plans that align with Montessori principles and the unique needs of each child.
• Encourage and support children's independence, creativity, and problem-solving skills through hands-on activities and collaborative play.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect, cooperation, and social-emotional learning.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to maintain open lines of communication and support each child's individual growth and development.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Assist in the preparation and serving of nutritious meals to support children's overall health and well-being.
• Document and assess children's progress using Montessori observation and assessment tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field.
• Montessori Teacher Certification or equivalent training in Montessori methods.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, with a focus on the Montessori approach.
• Strong knowledge of Montessori curriculum, materials, and teaching techniques.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and other educators.
• Passion for and commitment to the Montessori philosophy and child-centered learning.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
