📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional table service, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and kitchen.
• Assist in the preparation of food and drinks when needed, maintaining a smooth flow of service.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the POS system (Square or similar) accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Promote our menu items and specials to enhance guest dining experiences.
• Address guest concerns and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant or similar setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal, to engage with guests effectively.
• Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems (Square, Toast, or similar) is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage a busy schedule.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a genuine interest in providing excellent customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Indonesian and English languages is required.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings, including late nights.
