📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Deploy and manage HR software solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, and Oracle HCM.
• Conduct needs assessments and propose tailored HR and business solutions.
• Lead project implementation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Provide training and support to clients, ensuring seamless adoption of new systems.
• Monitor client performance and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR technology.
• Participate in sales meetings and presentations to secure new business opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR technology sales or consulting.
• Proven track record in deploying HR software solutions.
• Certifications in SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM are a plus.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and business operations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
