Ground Control Engineer - Bangka Belitung

As a Ground Control Engineer at PT Aerial Solutions Indonesia, you will be part of a team that ensures the seamless integration and operation of UAS and ground control systems. You will work closely with pilots, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan, execute, and monitor missions, ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards. This role offers a chance to leverage advanced technologies and software, such as DJI Ground Station, Pix4D, and other industry-standard tools, to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control UAS operations to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational protocols.
• Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to verify the readiness and integrity of UAS and ground control equipment.
• Plan and execute UAS missions, coordinating with pilots and other team members to achieve project objectives.
• Operate and maintain ground control systems, including data transmission and reception equipment.
• Analyze and interpret mission data to ensure accuracy and reliability, using software such as DJI Ground Station and Pix4D.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ground control systems and UAS equipment.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, including those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation and the Indonesian Civil Aviation Authority (ICAA).
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate UAS operations into broader project goals and ensure seamless coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in UAS operations, ground control engineering, or a related field.
• Certification in UAS operations, such as a Remote Pilot License (RPL) or equivalent.
• Proficiency in ground control software, including DJI Ground Station, Pix4D, and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong understanding of aviation regulations and safety standards, including those applicable in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Familiarity with GIS and remote sensing technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
