📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design, develop, and implement PLC programs using industry-standard software such as Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, or Schneider Electric EcoStruxure.
• Program and commission industrial robots for various manufacturing processes, ensuring high precision and efficiency.
• Integrate automation systems with existing factory infrastructure, including MES, SCADA, and ERP systems.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging of automation systems to ensure reliability and performance.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for automation equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in industrial automation and robotics, and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems.
• Document all automation processes and provide training to team members as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
• Proven experience with industrial robots and robot programming languages such as KUKA KRL, ABB RAPID, or Fanuc TP.
• Certifications in industrial automation, robotics, or related fields are a plus.
• Strong understanding of industrial communication protocols such as Profibus, Profinet, and Ethernet/IP.
• Familiarity with MES, SCADA, and ERP systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
