Aquaculture Manager - Sustainable Seafood Production

As our Aquaculture Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our state-of-the-art fish and shrimp farms, ensuring we meet the highest standards of sustainability and productivity. Our mission is to revolutionize seafood production through innovative and eco-friendly practices. As an Aquaculture Manager, you will work closely with our team of experts to implement cutting-edge technologies and best practices in fish and shrimp farming. You'll be responsible for managing our operations in Jebung, Bangka Belitung, where we have established a 500-hectare farm.

In this role, you will use advanced tools like AquaMetrix for monitoring water quality, and our proprietary software, AquaTrack, for managing farm operations. You'll also collaborate with our Research and Development team to continuously improve our farming techniques and sustainability initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of fish and shrimp farms, ensuring compliance with environmental and quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain water quality using AquaMetrix and other advanced monitoring systems.
• Manage farm operations using AquaTrack, including feeding schedules, disease control, and harvesting.
• Collaborate with the Research and Development team to implement innovative farming techniques.
• Ensure sustainable practices are followed, including waste management and biodiversity conservation.
• Develop and implement training programs for farm staff.
• Monitor and report on farm performance metrics, including production yields and cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local and national regulations, including environmental permits and labor laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aquaculture, Marine Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aquaculture management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Certification in Sustainable Aquaculture Practices (CAS) or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with AquaMetrix and AquaTrack software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
