🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Demography, Population Studies, Public Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in population planning or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and SPSS
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with demographic data and population trends in Indonesia
• Knowledge of demographic policies and programs in Indonesia
