As a Junior Executive in Spare Parts, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of spare parts, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely delivery of parts to our customers. You will work closely with our logistics team to optimize inventory management and streamline our supply chain processes. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory using SAP and other inventory management tools.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
Assist in the procurement process, including negotiating prices and terms with suppliers.
Work closely with the logistics team to optimize inventory management and streamline supply chain processes.
Monitor inventory levels and reorder parts as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Provide customer support by answering inquiries about spare parts availability and delivery times.
Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis to support decision-making.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of inventory management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role in the automotive industry.
Familiarity with inventory management software such as SAP or Oracle.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Willingness to travel and work in different locations across Bali.
