In this role, you will be at the forefront of our technology support services, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

As a Tech Assist at Macquarie Group in Indonesia, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our clients, troubleshooting IT issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. Our team uses a variety of tools and software, including ServiceNow, Jira, and Microsoft Teams, to manage and resolve incidents efficiently. You will work closely with our development and support teams to implement and maintain our IT infrastructure.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to clients and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues using tools such as ServiceNow and Jira.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all incidents and resolutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement and maintain IT solutions.
• Ensure the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to provide proactive support.
• Train and mentor junior team members to ensure continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Proven experience with ServiceNow, Jira, and other IT support tools.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and operating systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
