Toko Kirana Dental Clinic is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Banquet Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and organizing banquet events, ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet the expectations of our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, setting up event spaces, and managing event logistics.,Manage event budgets and ensure that all expenses are within the allocated budget.,Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and preferences, and tailor events to meet their specific requirements.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of event venues, ensuring that all equipment and materials are in place and properly maintained.,Coordinate with catering and beverage services to ensure that food and drink are served according to the event schedule.,Manage staff and volunteers, ensuring that they are properly trained and supported throughout the event.,Handle any event-related inquiries and issues, and work to resolve them in a timely and professional manner.,Prepare and present event reports, including attendance lists, feedback forms, and financial summaries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in event management or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with clients, vendors, and staff.,Proficiency in using event management software and other relevant tools.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, and the ability to ensure that all events are conducted in a safe and compliant manner.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.,Bachelor's degree in hospitality, event management, or a related field.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
