📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet departmental hiring needs.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress towards hiring goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
