Onboarding Specialist (Remote - Bali)

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in shaping the first impressions of new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture and setting them up for long-term success. Based in Bali, you’ll work remotely while contributing to our global projects.

As an Onboarding Specialist, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing onboarding programs that align with our company values. You’ll create engaging orientation materials, schedule and conduct onboarding sessions, and provide ongoing support to new employees. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse team and make a tangible impact on employee satisfaction and retention.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement onboarding programs that align with company values and goals.
• Create and deliver orientation materials, including welcome packets, training manuals, and onboarding checklists.
• Schedule and conduct onboarding sessions, including new hire orientations, department-specific training, and team introductions.
• Provide ongoing support to new employees, including mentoring, coaching, and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with department heads and managers to ensure onboarding programs are tailored to specific roles and teams.
• Monitor and evaluate onboarding program effectiveness, gathering feedback from new hires and making data-driven improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in employee onboarding.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in onboarding, employee relations, or a similar role.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as Workday, BambooHR, or similar.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with HR software and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Certification in HR practices or employee engagement is a plus.
