📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on electrical and electronic systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement upgrades and improvements to our systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards for electrical and electronic systems.
• Document all maintenance activities and keep detailed records of repairs and system performance.
• Provide technical support and training to other staff members as needed.
• Participate in ongoing projects and initiatives to enhance the villa’s infrastructure and guest experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical and electronic maintenance, preferably in a hospitality or luxury setting.
• Certifications in electrical and electronic systems, such as NECA, NETA, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to drive company vehicles.
• Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
