📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management and order fulfillment.
• Lead and mentor a team of warehouse staff, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems using SAP and Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement in warehouse processes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.
• Manage and optimize warehouse space, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt and storage of inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management and logistics supervision.
• Proven experience in implementing and managing inventory control systems like SAP and WMS.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards in the logistics industry.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality management systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
