📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing a team of cashiers to ensure efficient and accurate cash handling operations.
  • Overseeing all cash transactions to prevent errors and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Training and mentoring junior cashiers to maintain high standards of service.
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience by providing excellent service and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date cash records and reports.
  • Assisting in the reconciliation of daily cash deposits to ensure accuracy.
  • Ensuring compliance with all cash handling policies and procedures.
  • Handling cash discrepancies and resolving them in a timely manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash handling or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is a plus.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and cash management systems.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
