📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain vehicle schedules and routes to ensure efficient operations.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize costs.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure safety and compliance.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the fleet manager in achieving operational goals.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of fleet management strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license (preferred but not mandatory).,Proficiency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
