📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement talent mapping and workforce planning strategies to align with business objectives.
• Identify and develop high-potential talent through performance management and career development programs.
• Create and manage talent pools using SAP SuccessFactors and other HRIS tools.
• Conduct regular talent reviews and provide recommendations for talent development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and identify talent requirements.
• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze talent metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the HCBP team to ensure the effective implementation of talent strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in HR or a related field, with a focus on talent management and development.
• Certification in talent management, HR analytics, or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
