📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist instructors in designing, developing, and delivering training programs,Support the instructors in evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs,Assist in the development and implementation of training materials and resources,Provide feedback and support to trainees to ensure they are achieving their learning objectives,Assist in the development and implementation of training schedules and programs,Assist in the development and implementation of training evaluation and assessment tools,Assist in the development and implementation of training budgets and resources,Assist in the development and implementation of training policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development,Strong background in training and development, with a focus on technical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with training management systems and software,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture
