📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive brand growth and increase revenue.
• Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, ensuring they align with our brand values and marketing goals.
• Monitor and optimize affiliate campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and affiliate tracking software.
• Create and curate engaging content for our social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, to foster community engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies that enhance community interaction and brand loyalty.
• Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Provide regular reports to the marketing team on affiliate program performance and community engagement metrics.
• Attend and participate in industry events and webinars to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in affiliate marketing and community management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing and optimizing affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and community engagement strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
