📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in SAP.
• Conduct regular reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve them promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
• Manage and maintain accounting records and documentation.
• Support audits and internal reviews to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, with at least 1 year in financial reporting and SAP.
• Proficiency in SAP accounting modules, particularly FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
