📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing excellent customer service to all customers.
  • Processing various types of transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulations.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Assisting customers with their banking needs and answering inquiries.
  • Handling cash and ensuring proper reconciliation.
  • Reporting any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.
  • Participating in training and development programs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or banking role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with basic banking procedures and systems.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to speak and understand Indonesian fluently.
