📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring all vehicles are roadworthy.
  • Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Track and report on vehicle performance and usage.
  • Investigate and resolve any issues related to the fleet.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.
  • Ensure that all drivers are following safety protocols and company policies.
  • Participate in safety meetings and training sessions.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.
