Root Shop Indonesia is seeking a Lead Internal Auditor to join our team in Yogyakarta. As the Lead Internal Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our operations. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and reporting on internal audit activities, as well as leading a team of auditors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and coordinate internal audit activities to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of internal auditors, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of audit assignments.,Conduct risk assessments and identify areas of potential improvement within the organization.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations for corrective actions.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audit purposes.,Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Professional certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, or equivalent) is preferred.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal auditing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and risk management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with management and staff.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
