Root Star Nusantara is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Cashier Clinic to join our team in Tanjung Balai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cashier operations, ensuring accurate financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cash handling, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily cashier operations, including opening and closing the cash register.,Ensure accurate financial transactions and maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors.,Handle cash and non-cash payments, including insurance claims and third-party billing.,Monitor cash balances and reconcile discrepancies.,Train and supervise junior cashiers.,Assist in inventory management and ordering.,Prepare and submit financial reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role in a healthcare or retail environment.,Strong background in cash handling and financial transactions.,Keen eye for detail and accuracy.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with healthcare billing and insurance processes is a plus.,Proficient in using computer systems and software for financial transactions.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field is a plus.
