📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and conducting of training programs and workshops.,Develop and update training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Coordinate with trainers and subject matter experts to ensure high-quality training delivery.,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training effectiveness.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Support the development and implementation of training budgets and schedules.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with training methodologies and best practices.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
