📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales plans to drive retail growth and achieve monthly targets
• Train and mentor retail staff on product knowledge, application techniques, and customer service best practices
• Create engaging in-store experiences that highlight product benefits and drive customer engagement
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to ensure retail execution aligns with brand strategy
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure success
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail sales and customer education

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail sales, customer education, or a similar role in the beauty industry
• Strong understanding of beauty products, trends, and consumer behavior
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and educate retail staff effectively
• Proficient in using data analytics tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar software
• Familiarity with retail management systems (RMS) and point-of-sale (POS) software
